The appointment time would be considered as your reporting time and not the consultation time. Also please report at-least 15 minutes before the appointment time.
The Club Members will be given priority in consultation.
In case of unavailability of doctors or any other unavoidable circumstances we may reschedule or cancel your appointment for which we will inform you via email / phone on the basis of the contact details provided by you.
We kindly request you to please Cancel or Reschedule your appointment or inform us atleast before 24hours if you need to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment.
